What is happening with the Logitix brand?
Following the acquisition by Victory Live, Logitix and its employees, technology, and services are being merged with Victory Live to create an industry leading team of all-stars and the most comprehensive and trusted set of tools to serve your needs.
Will the Logitix One web and mobile app change?
Both the Logitix One web and mobile app have been updated to not only reflect the Victory Live look and feel, but we’ve also enhanced the applications by integrating the best of both company’s technologies. More updates and feature releases will come over the coming months so stay tuned for those. The updated web application can be found at one.victorylive.com and the mobile app remains available on iOS and Android.
I currently interact with my partner manager, product support, and customer service across a variety of medium (e-mail, Slack, etc). How will that change?
All previous Logitix e-mails and services will be automatically re-routed and re-directed to the new Victory Live service. For example, any email you send to support or your partner manager will forward to their inbox. We pledge to do our best to keep everyone updated on any non-standard interaction types so that this transition is completely seamless. Hint: if you want to e-mail your contact at Logitix directly, the Victory Live e-mail domain is firstname.lastname@victorylive.com.
I rely on Logitix to automate a significant portion of my ticketing business. Is there anything I need to do related to operational settings such as e-mail forwarding rules, inventory mapping, e-mail preferences, and others?
No, we’ve been working diligently over the past couple of months to ensure that all operations settings, preferences, and processes are mapped so that there is zero downtime related to mapping or any other automation.
Does this change impact my ability to receive payments
None whatsoever. You will eventually see different branding on invoices or receive notifications from an updated e-mail address, but no changes related to banking and payments are expected at this time.
What will happen to the Logitix Live marketplace?
We are very excited to now be fully integrated with the Victory Live Marketplace: Ticket Evolution. All of Logitix’s managed inventory is now available through Victory Live Marketplace’s robust set of offerings including our wholesale marketplace (CORE), our white label marketplace product, and our inventory feed API connecting to thousands of distribution endpoints.
